Tea is the most consumed drink all over the world after water.Precisely, our morning is incomplete without eye-opening tea so most of us put this drink in our favorite category.A sip of  
tea is essential for all the persons mostly because it relaxes the human mind . Whatever,the reason, but all of us ,are a tea lover.

We have probably heard a lot about GREEN TEA.It is one of the healthiest beverages on the planet.It is a smart swap for sugary-drinks.Recently,it is popular as a health drink,It can be 
enjoyed hot,cold or even in powdered form.

WHY GREEN-TEA IS NOT GOOD FOR PREGNANT AND BREAST FEEDING WOMEN AND CHILDREN ?


Caffiene,catechins and tannic acids are present in the green-tea.These substances have been linked to pregnancy risks.In children, the tennins could block nutrients absorption.It may lead to over stimulation because of the caffiene.


Pregnant and breast feeding women can take only a very small amount of green-tea.Caffiene passes in the breast- milk and can badly affect the nursing infant.

LEAVE SMOKING,DRINKING,TOBACCO CHEWING AND OTHER HARMFUL ACTIVITIES AND START BEING ACTIVE AND EATING A HEALTHY DIET.YOU SHOULD MAKE GREEN-TEA A REGULAR PART OF LIFE SO THAT IT CAN HELP YOU LIVE LONGER.
